Read And Learn About Our Teacup Puppies At Healthypups.com!

Almost everyone who wants a small dog will call and ask about teacup puppies.  Did you notice that the puppy in front of the daisies looks very tiny? However, I can zoom in on this same puppy and make it look HUGE! Although we have done puppies here since 1982, I am still trying to figure out what a teacup puppy is.  HOW BIG IS BIG AND HOW SMALL IS SMALL? The answer to that question is that it depends on who you ask. Many people are so in love with the idea of holding and carrying a puppy that they think they want the smallest one they can get! Puppy sellers frequently use the word teacup to describe small dogs because this description attracts more buyers, even though this is an ambiguous description that makes communication difficult.  If it were up to me, the word teacup would be banned from dog language because the size of a puppy can only be accurately represented in poundage. Many people have the idea that they want the youngest and tiniest puppy that they can take home because it is the cutest and it will fall in love with me more quickly, since younger puppies are likely less inhibited.  A wise puppy buyer would seek out and be willing to pay MORE for a slightly older puppy because it is a more secure and less problematic investment. Most puppy buyers are deceived to believe that it is okay for any puppy to go home as soon as it is no longer nursing.  This is true for many large breed puppies but can be a recipe for disaster for toy size puppies.  Especially in the summertime when children want puppies, 90% of the buyers will choose the smallest puppy we have. However, we have replaced many puppies from other sellers after children killed their puppy after a few days. Those buyers didn't choose the smallest one next time!  The wise way to choose a small puppy is to consider the weights of the parents and then choose a puppy that's old enough and strong enough to survive your children! The most common cause of puppies being taken to the emergency vet for thousands in emergency IV's, etc, is being taken home too soon or too small to endure the stress of travel, being handled excessively, and adapting to a new home.  This happens most often when families try to make puppies fit into their vacation, work schedule, or special event gift giving plans.  More and more parents try to give their children what the child wants with no regard for what works, so the children almost always pick the tinest puppy and the larger one is left to grow bigger and older.  A small child will often take home a puppy that would fit into their pocket if the breeder and their parents would let them; very often to watch it die after about 3 days from stress related issues or to have ongoing fail to thrive problems. The parents of the child, rather than accepting responsibility for their poor choices, parenting and puppy care skills, will get online to blame the breeder through attack blogs and leave negative reviews. Their vet will look for even an isolated trace of a bacterium or parasite and blame the breeder because he doesn’t know how much stress has already occurred.  Most vets do not understand the relationship between microorganisms and dogs.  Handling stress, being vaccinated to early or too small, going home when too small, etc, can weaken the immune systems of too tiny/too young puppies and can cause blooms of parasites, especially giardia lamblia, that can make puppies sick very quickly.  Experiments of scientists have proven that ALL adult dogs AND HUMANS are carriers of worms and protozoa.  Like HUMAN CHILDREN, puppies born to moms that have just been dewormed and medicated are still born with parasites, even in sterile laboratory environments.  Blooms of parsites do not mean that the breeder did not do a good job. It means that the puppy was not large or strong enough to handle the stress at home that it was subjected to, or that it was vaccinated too soon or too often.  Anything that weakens the immune system of the puppy will allow parasites to grow stronger. Puppies must build their own immune responses,  after which they become an asymptomatic carrier like the mother that they inherited them from.  Puppies should not be vaccinated until they are at least 3 lbs, as severe reactions and giardia blooms may result. DO NOT allow your vet to vaccinate your puppy until 3 lbs!  Although larger breeds can go home sooner, most smaller to tiny breeds should be at least 10-12 weeks old and at least 3 lbs before going home.  Any age up to 6 months is an ideal time to take home a puppy. Every puppy needs to be old enough and strong enough to endure the stress of going to your home, playing with an existing pet, or with your child.  Slightly older puppies at reduced prices are sometimes available because they were not taken due to vacation season and October syndrome- when hundreds of families won't buy until Christmas, then they all land here to fight over them at the same time.  Yes, we will work with you to reserve a pet to go home at a specific time.  Please remember that a gallon of milk weighs almost 9 lbs. Most people think a gallon of milk is pretty small.  Why would anyone want to go home with a puppy that only weighs 1 lb? A puppy that can have stress related sugar drop, get stepped on, carried away by a bird, jump off the sofa and kill itself, have liver/kidney failure by 5 yrs old, and requires assistance even when you're busy because it's too small to get up and down by itself? Is a tiniest teacup puppy the best answer or a potentially bad decision that will always be dependent like a child who never outgrows his diapers? Small is good for a lap dog, but too small can be heart breaking! We will be glad to facetime with you to get a live look at a specific puppy before you place your deposit so you get a better idea of how big it really is. All puppies look much larger in videos than they actually are. We often have people choose pets from the videos and want a larger puppy after being shocked to see how tiny it is when they see it in person. Is it really worth risking that your puppy die after being "loved to death" from taking it home too soon when it will have in most cases accomplished most of its adult size in as little as 6 months after you buy it? Please call with any questions!  Irvin Blackburn, nursery manager. (336) 957-3609

Which Is the Best Puppy Insurance?

In an age when almost everyone looks to medical science to solve their problems, many are looking for a way to pay the bill, thinking medical care is the best way to deal with health problems in the lives of puppies AND humans.  My experience has taught me that there may be a better way to do this.

Having raised puppies from the same group of dogs for more than 40 years now and communicating with pet public who have bought those puppies as they grew older, I have been given a unique perspective into the health of our dogs, and I have innocently observed that wild dogs and humans who live primitive lifestyles are still very healthy! I have heard estimates suggesting that the people of the USA may be the 74th healthiest nation. I would not be surprised if comparing American dogs to the rest of the world would not bring similar results.  Why? Because our dogs are subject to many companies competing to make money from the dog products sold to them with no regard for what the products might do to our dogs over time, plus pharmaceutical industries and vets who want to get rich treating the symptoms of these problems.

I once had a man come to buy a puppy that claimed to have kept a Rat Terrier for 31 years.  At first, I almost laughed at him until he began to tell me that his dog chased his truck around the farm for 30 years. He said that his dog killed a small animal every day and ate it.  He wouldn’t eat dog food.  Then I began to revisit my experiences and realize that dogs have been much sicker since the 1960’s when we first began to feed them cereal based pet foods. This change of food has brought an increase of many diseases, degenerative conditions, immune system issues, viruses, etc. to our pets!  The same is true for humans.  The healthiest people on earth live more primitive lifestyles and eat massive amounts of raw fruits and vegetables, and very little animal proteins. The sickest people live fast paced busy lifestyles, eat junk food, and then expect medical science to correct the problems. My family elders told me that I had a great grandmother who lived 106 years and never went to a doctor. She was Cherokee and ate only roots and tubers from the woods.  She would not eat the white man’s food. Even today Mexican clinics who treat human cancers and diseases with plant-based diets and juicing have a 94% cancer cure rate even though most of their patients have already been sent home to die by American doctors here in the states.

One of the most intelligent veterinary doctors I have known in my life told me 40 years ago that I’m going to do everything I can do to help your dog, but I am not going to torture your dog with expensive treatments, surgeries, and procedures that will not improve the quality of your dog’s life. When it gets to the point that I don’t think veterinary science can improve the long-term prognosis of your dog I’m going to advise you to spend that money on another dog. I have thought about this constantly over the years and I have observed that some people spend thousands trying to reverse the effects of improper food and pet products in their dogs just as they spend endless amounts of money treating the results of bad food in their children. Most often with poor and only temporary results. You will likely find the material in our allergies link interesting also- https://www.healthypups.com/info/allergies.

The best answer to these problems is not pet insurance and procedures, but prevention through a better diet.  The best diet is not what most vets, animal scientists, and medical doctors say.  It is what our creator intended. God created man, put him in the garden, and said behold, I give you these things to eat.  It was raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and herbs.  Dogs were meant to eat raw living flesh…to be a hunter/scavenger, helping control wildlife imbalances and clean the earth. The key to better health in both humans and our pets is not expensive pills, surgeries, etc., but better food to prevent these things from happening! After having shared in the treatment experiences of people and pets for the last 40+ years, 50% of the time I can correctly guess what doggie treats were bought by the pet owner after hearing what diseases the dog developed prematurely.  It is interesting to note that almost all these diseases are being diagnosed as genetic defects by veterinary doctors. However, I have observed that diseases run in families because we teach each other what to eat! Most of us eat the same foods throughout our adult lives because we are then addicted to them! Few people will change. Even after hearing the truth, they want someone to fix the results of this malnutrition and toxicity with science. Diseases in our pets, and most genetic defects are caused by plant-based foods and poisonous treats that were not meant to be a part of dog’s natural diet, causing the biological systems of our pets to become confused and malfunction. Animal scientists are selling the idea that those foods that are good for humans are also good for our pets.  The sickest dogs I hear about are those being fed plant-based foods and commercial doggie treats.  We can’t go out and kill varmints to feed our house pets, but we can choose foods that have more animal proteins. The economy version of Purina puppy and dog chow may be a better choice than some of the most expensive foods. I recommend feeding your dog a small cube of raw red meat fresh from the freezer daily as a treat beginning at 8 months old. Small dogs are likely to do well with a 1-inch cube of meat daily, while larger dogs can have more. Training treats can be a small piece of your puppy food followed by affection, but not poisonous or plant based commercial treats.

I have learned that most of the things that happen to our canine best friends are our fault, and due to poor choices! I think an owner’s education and good decisions can do much more to help your pet than pet insurance. There are many things to do if you want to have a good dog and not spend excess amounts of money on it.

First, buy a puppy. A good puppy is a great economic choice that can save hundreds over time because petting a puppy at home is free ongoing entertainment. Bored people are the ones that go and waste money. Choose a good puppy from a professional breeder who raised the puppy, knows its history, how big it’s likely to get, and knows how to care for it. Don’t buy your puppy from a broker. If you get on a website and see endless pages of puppies, you can know that they did not raise all these puppies. Many of these are being raised in puppy mills and on Amish farms, and cleverly disguised brokers are reselling them for profit. Don’t send a puppy deposit for an independent seller ad online that you cannot facetime with or see in person.  Most of those ads are scammers soliciting deposits for pets that don’t exist. Although many liberals will tell you that the world is over-populated with puppies, most of the ads indicating excess amounts of small breed puppies are not real.  We do have too many large breed mixes, but Grandma will likely not choose these for her lap dog even if small breeds did not exist.  Do not choose a breed that is too big, too small, too young, or with unnatural man-made anatomy. Dogs with flat faces can’t breathe on hot days and can easily have heat strokes and heart attacks.  Dogs with elongated bodies are likely to get pinched nerves in the back and become paralyzed. Dogs with abnormally short lets are likely to have knee problems. Dogs that are too tiny are likely to have sugar problems and very often don’t live more than 5 years before they have liver kidney failure, jump off the sofa and critically injure themselves by breaking bones or bumping their head on the floor. This is a common mistake for those who are in love with the idea of holding and carrying a dog.  A gallon of milk weighs almost 9 lbs., and an adult dog should not be much smaller than this if you want it to be healthy.  Having a handicapped pet that is too small to interact independently is NOT more convenient. A dog that is too small and requires ongoing assistance in daily routines is like having a child in diapers that never grows up.

It is also important that a puppy be large and strong enough to survive your children or play with existing pets. SO,  When is a puppy old enough to go home, and why do we often have a few older puppies for sale?  TIME is one thing that few families can give up in our busy lifestyles. Every year, every facet of our culture becomes more polarized, with every family playing baseball, soccer, football, vacations,  graduations, halloweening, etc, simultaneously.   Most families feel that they have time for a pet in their busy lifestyles at all times, but they can only bring home a new puppy when nothing else is going on because they want to spend the first few days bonding with and training their puppy when they first bring it home.  Unfortunately for puppies, many are born at times that makes their go home date in the middle of an event that every family with children almost without exception is doing simultaneously.  Every child is in love with the idead of getting a tiny cute puppy and taking it home, NOT in love with buying a teenage puppy/young dog that cannot compete with the cuteness of the tiniest puppy, so especially summertime children and spoiling parents will pick the tiniest/youngest puppy while even a slightly older/larger puppy gets left behind!  When children are choosing pets, many will choose the smallest puppy on the website. This is the most unintelligent thing that puppy buyers do, because all of the puppies are in the process of growing to the approximate size of the other dogs in the gene pool. 80% of them are likely to be similar in size to their parents. The best way to choose a smaller puppy is listen to videos and hear the size of the parents.  The age of the puppy is what determines how much of that growth has already occurred. A smart puppy buyer should choose a puppy from smaller parents if they want a small dog, but one that has already grown enough that it can go home and the kids play with it and not land at the vet because it wasn't big enough to survive too much handling stress. The sad part is that the slightly older and larger puppy will grow to be a young adult a few short weeks and expensive vet visits to complete shots later, and it will remain as big as it's going to get for the rest of it's life! It's easy to save lots of money by getting an older puppy that's on sale and not having to do as many vet visits to complete the puppy shots! NOTHING is wrong with a puppy you may see on our website that may be a few weeks older.  They were born at the wrong time when families were simultaneously busy, or got left behind because someone got sick, etc, in most cases. Breeding cousins together often causes purebred dogs to have poor intelligence and unbalanced personalities. Because our puppies are carefully bred with diverse genetics, ALL of them have great personalities and will still bond, adapt, and be sweet even if they are a few weeks older!

It's also important to choose a breed with good genetics! Dogs with bug eyes often go blind prematurely, etc., especially if they develop cataracts from sleeping in beds with humans under the covers. Large dogs are likely to not live so long also, with extremely large breeds often living only 6 years. Many are predisposed to get hip dysplasia and gastric torsion that causes bloat. Some breeds, like labs and lab mixes are more likely to eat things they should not and require surgery to remove things that block their bowels. Buy a puppy that was raised in quarantine so you can be sure that pet public didn’t bring a virus from another breeder who allows puppy petting, or that a broker didn’t bring a virus home in the truckload of puppies he collected to resale from multiple locations (their “family” or group of breeders) before you take your puppy home. No one can afford to have a puppy virus.  Don’t fall for the scams of brokers who want to think they are giving you more by offering free health insurance in which you soon must begin paying the bill, or by a lifetime prescription for doggie treat vitamins that voids your lifetime warranty if you don’t pay the bill, so they get continued kickbacks from the pet treat manufacturer. If you read the fine print on most of those lifetime warranties, you will find that there’s so many exclusions they cover almost nothing! Choose an experienced vet who has his own practice and does farm animals in his practice; not a young vet that works at the chain store. Over the years of selling puppies and taking calls of owners, I have saved the lives of many dogs that were set to be euthanized because they had been diagnosed with many rare and incurable genetic defects and diseases by vets when the true cause of the problem was malnutrition, toxicity, or complex environmental poisonings and irritations. Overcome your childishness and buy a genetically healthy mixed breed with diverse genetics.  These are likely much smarter, sweeter, and healthier. Buying another bad choice after having your last bad choice die from common problems is like going back to the spouse that beat and abused you!  Fall in love with someone better! Healthier puppies are even sweeter because they are likely to feel better as they grow older!

I was able to reverse my allergies, advanced melanoma cancer that was causing me to go numb, heart disease, diabetes, degenerative disk disease, bad knees, and many other health problems without drugs or surgery as my body healed itself after dietary corrections. I have not had the stomach virus in 23 years now! I have been blessed to hear from multiple families that have simply reversed their cancer and other terminal diseases simply by changing their diet after hearing my story.  I am here to be your friend and help you with these problems also. I am eager to hear stories from people like you who have improved the life of your pet through better nutrition so I can share the good news and help others! Please give me a call. Leona “Leigh” Flowers, Ft Mill, SC, posted a typical negative undeserved review of Healthypups. This is OUR review of her review!

It is our hope that this rebuttal shall forever live online as a blemish on her character as she has so kindly done to us, and that you can learn from her warped perspective. This blog content will not happen to anyone posting a negative review IF you have read our material and educated yourself before reviewing us, and if we deserve the bad review. Please be advised that an established puppy seller who has no negative reviews is a scammer with FAKE reviews! No one can deal with the public without meeting problem people.  They walk among us!

Healthypups.com has been in business on the same property since 1982. We have sold puppies to approximately 100,000 families, AND with only 20 negative reviews. Yet those 20 reviews are the first things people see online. We have people read those reviews and won’t take time to read our responses to the reviews. Many people will buy a puppy mill puppy from a fancy store front broker club whose reviews are generated by reputation management software and not read about that also. It is sad that 90% of those who will take time to leave reviews are angry. Most happy people won't take the time to review. Most unhappy people are deceived by rescue industry political perspectives and science. They attack us in ignorance because they were not willing to read, follow instructions, or educate themselves to learn about complex issues. It is very unfair that many can attack and permanently hurt others while bearing no responsibility for this. Thus, we have decided to review the reviews of those who leave unfair reviews for us, and to have their reviews bear permanent online witness of their intelligence and character as they have done to us. Please call to discuss your issues before posting an undeserved negative review. You will be glad you did!

If human health were held to the same standards as puppy health, the reviewers and hecklers would shut down every public place where a child could catch a virus. Our health care system would be out of business in a few days if they were blamed for everything that happens to your child in the same way that breeders are blamed for anything that goes wrong with a puppy. It takes an evil hearted person to leave an undeserved negative review that will be a permanent smear on the character of an individual or business.  The public doesn't realize that no one can deal with people and living things without incident because much science is a scam that disagrees with reality, and living things are fragile and subject to proper care after going home. Those who believe in science are often angry because of the DNA testing scam, which is accurate only if their puppy comes from the same marker group as the DNA test marker itself. Many purebred dogs will not have an agreeable DNA test, and no dog with diverse genetics to allow for good health, intelligence, and good personality is likely to get a matching DNA result. We have repeatedly seen littermate siblings test as having no ancestors in common. When you read reviews of established repeat sellers that do not contain complaints of viruses, DNA mismatch, or parasites, and "genetic" diseases, you know you are being scammed by a seller with fake reviews generated by reputation management software or cleansing companies. All these issues are often blamed on breeders by inexperienced vets who have vaccinated puppies too small and too young that caused giardia blooms, heart murmurs, or a vaccine induced virus. Poor choices in foods and commercial doggie treats can result in puppies quickly developing diseases that vets most often diagnose as genetic issues.  Politically bias rescue hecklers, science junkies, or kids who failed to read our material and follow instructions are likely to leave negative reviews.  To read honest reviews NOT generated by reputation management software or cleansed by review removal companies, visit our REFERENCES link. You can also interact with hundreds of past customers who have bought our puppies on FACEBOOK!

The Negative Attack Review of Leona Flowers-

I really try to stay away from submitting negative reviews but I felt a deep responsibility to share my story with others about this breeder. Be aware up front that this man is disturbed. From the time you arrive to pick up your pup, he’ll bombard you with a plethora of pro-trump, anti-vax, anti science conspiracy theories. It took me 30 minutes to get him to shut up and get down to business. This should’ve been the first sign of things to come, but I kept hearing the sweet voice of my late mother saying “Be accepting of other’s”. Big mistake! To give context, I’d purchased a pup from him 2 years ago with no issues. I decided to get her a playmate and purchased a MaltiPoo ($1,500) from his website. I picked up the dog three weeks later and headed home, thankful to escape the sick rhetoric this man had been spouting for the last half hour. The puppy threw up several times during the 90 minute ride home but I attributed this to car sickness. The pup had also regurgitated in the portable kennel when we arrived, but ok let’s see. She continued to vomit periodically during the week with no other signs of serious distress. Seven days after picking her up, she stopped eating, drinking and suddenly became very lethargic. I gave the breeder a call who advised me to give her a bit of malt syrup and the antibiotic he’d sent home with me. Well, after a few more hours my better judgement told me to take her to the vet emergency room at which time she was diagnosed with ParvoVirus. We are now currently getting in-patient treatment and her prognosis is good. Be advised, if you ever have ANY issues with your puppy, he will take absolutely NO responsibility. He’ll start ranting ridiculous conspiracy theories that drug companies are purposely injecting viruses into the vaccinations and other morbid comments like the Covid epidemic was a hoax. I hate to share these sick comments but I think it’s important for people to understand the level of ignorance you’ll be dealing with if you choose to do business with this man. He’ll surely respond to this review and continue to take no responsibility but please take the time, do your research and ask questions. People don’t care about bad experiences with businesses … until they have a bad experience with a business, I get it. Like any business, its valuation should be judged on not only great outcomes but when the product fails and there’s a sincere effort to resolve the problem. This dog hasn’t been anywhere but inside my home so our assessment was that it came from the breeder. Parvovirus is a highly contagious disease that can incubate for up to two weeks. Mr Blackburns response to our pups diagnosis was that I probably picked it up from a doorknob and refused any accountability whatsoever. Really … a Doorknob? You just can’t make this stuff up.????????I’m gonna take this loss on the chin in the hopes that others don’t patronize this man’s business. Shame on me for not going with my better judgment, but if this helps anyone I consider it a win. Also, don’t expect to see the pups parents, the breeders facilities, nor will there will be any record of a veterinary exam. He’ll simply refer you to the cute little puppy videos he posts on his website. Keep in mind that It becomes easy to look past someone’s dishonest dealings when you’re staring at videos of cute puppies. My pup is currently doing much better after medical treatment and her prognosis is good. She life was saved by the excellent caring staff of veterinarians in Charlotte and was treated for the virus using the Canine parvovirus monoclonal antibody (CPMA). Save yourself the grief, anxiety, expense and go somewhere else … shame on you HealthyPups for not caring about your animals and the people who love them.

Healthy Pups Review of Leona Flowers Review!

Thank you SO much, Ms. Flowers, for attacking us and allowing me to share truth with millions of people that would otherwise not listen. If you read other reviews, you will find most folks thankful for the info I share with them. Several puppy buyers have even called to thank me for sharing the canine vs human relationship between diet and disease because changing their diet reversed their cancer and saved their lives. If you had taken time to read the material on our website, you would have learned that I don’t want to sell a puppy to a person with your worldview because you so often make poor choices, fail to follow instructions, believe the misdiagnoses of inexperienced science trusting vets, and blame me for problems you will create in your puppy. We don’t like to see our puppy families get scammed and their dogs poisoned. Over the past 42 years I have saved the lives of hundreds of puppies that were misdiagnosed as having genetic defects, when they were only sick from pet products, environmental poisonings, and irritations. I tried to share and protect your future before you attacked me and called me a Trumpster for sharing that our animal scientists are scamming our pet owner lives from puppy to adulthood. I had not mentioned anything political before this dialogue. You are the person who would not quit arguing and made this an issue. Sadly, because our politicians are playing us against one another, our nation is likely to end in a civil war between science and common sense. A high percentage of dogs are dying early because of improper use of vaccines, poor choices in dog foods, doggie treats, and treatment scams. I just recently saw a woman scammed into a $12000.00 heart surgery to repair a temporary heart murmur caused by a vaccine reaction in her 2 lb. Yorkipoo.  She believed in genetics and science so strongly that she wouldn’t listen. At least half the time I can correctly guess what doggie treats were given a dog when the owner tells me what disease it developed prematurely. Most of these issues are the same as in our human health care system. Mexican clinics who treat cancer with food instead of expensive drugs and surgeries have a 94% cure rate, even though most of their patients have already been sent home to die after American treatment scams. Why is healthy plant-based diet and juicing illegal as a cure here?  Elite leaders who trust science and climate change are an extreme danger to us because they believe that our existence will soon pollute the world so they can no longer live in it. Having lived long enough to see that our cities were not underwater by the year 2000 like Al Gore said, I can see that this prophecy did not come true, and that Momar Khaddaffi’s statement from 2008 did come true- an American leader who had said he will stand with the Muslims has certainly changed our foreign policy so the world can now freely attack Israel.  Are those folks now coming across the border paid invaders who believe they inherit a harem of virgins in heaven after killing the infidels? Will we soon see women beheaded on street corners in USA like in some other countries? Last time I looked, the hottest day on record was in 1913, Plymouth rock is just a few feet out of the water as it was in 1603, we had a great dust bowl in the 1930’s before everyone bought a car, AND we are still digging flash frozen animals out of the ice from the last time the ocean quit circulating. It’s easy for an intelligent person to see that man didn’t cause these things, and that man cannot stop what God has set in motion.  Human footprints and dinosaur footprints are left side by side in hardened lava, manmade objects are being unearthed from veins of coal that supposedly took billions of years to form, and a fossil tested millions of years before the finder revealed that the other half was sticking out of a cowboy boot. Trump had a serious dating relationship with a black supermodel before becoming president and you calling him a racist.  I sold a puppy to someone in New York who said Trump paid off the mortgage of a garage attendant who voluntarily stopped to change a flat on his limo. The DA in Atlanta now has 8 mil in her bank account. I wonder how wealthy the jurors and porn stars are today. The suspect that the same number of folks agree with you as watch The View. We have repeatedly seen littermate puppies DNA test as having no ancestors in common. Many American manufacturers have two versions of the same food products; one with simple and healthy ingredients labeled for sale in Europe, and a version that is laced with poisonous chemicals and preservatives for sale in the USA. What do our leaders believe? Google our current VP’s accidental comment about a population reduction agenda. Why would an American president use taxpayer money to build a virus lab in China instead of here? Why would our research scientists do bioweapons research in China instead of here? How did Dr. Faucci’s wife become the bio-ethicist who recommends and withdraws drugs from FDA consideration and therefore has complete control over what drugs we can use? Why is Dr. Faucci hearing this week not being broadcast on CNN like the Trump scam trial staged by Democrat operatives? Many callers have shared that the drugs Dr. Faucci’s wife made illegal have saved the lives of millions, including myself. Meanwhile, I had two friends die of blood clotting in less than one week after being vaccinated with a vaccine that didn’t prevent the virus, and many have vaccine side effects that have left them permanently disabled. Our puppy vaccine program and wellness exam protocol here is supervised by Dr. John Stinson and Dr. Nash Williams, vets with 100+ years combined experience.  Even though you call these doctors and me a fool, we both have observed that many puppies vaccinated too soon and too small have died from vaccine reactions, and puppies sick from reactions or environmental irritations can test parvo positive also. I often get calls from folks needing another puppy after they lost their backyard puppy to this virus. In many cases, the vaccines either caused the sickness or failed to protect the puppy. Just as humans that were vaccinated, vaccinated puppies can shed viruses and infect one another. These viruses can be transmitted through direct or indirect contact, and by insects or birds that can move them around. Yes, it is even possible for a puppy owner who has a sick puppy at home to leave it on a doorknob in a public place. You have even had your puppy out to play in an unsterilized backyard, yet you lied in this review are now you are certain this is our fault. The mid week vomiting was likely caused by your puppy eating grass in the backyard. It is even possible that your puppy had elevated white cell values from eating grass and did not actually have parvovirus. Most viruses in puppies with this current viral strain occur before 7 days post exposure. I am sorry that this happened. We keep the puppies in strict quarantine and have invested $100,000.00 and a life’s work to make our puppies better while most puppies are being resold by brokers who have bought them from outdoor rabbit cages at backyard breeders. Yet you review that we don’t love them?  We do everything possible to try and prevent these issues. The only way to be reasonably sure that your puppy won’t get a virus is to buy a 13 week or older puppy that have received multiple vaccines. I once bought a rare breed puppy from Italy and paid $11,000.00 for it, only to have it die from this virus is less than one week! Will you sue your doctor if you pick up the stomach virus at his office? If a vaccine given at his office makes your child sick?  Your school if your child brings home a virus from there? Will you ask them to pay your medical bills? Yes, many vets are not dealing fairly with puppy treatments. The bodyweight dosage cost of the monoclonal antibody treatment for your puppy is $300.00.  It is your responsibility to choose vets who deal fairly. Dr. Nash Williams’ typical charge for monoclonal antibody treatment for parvovirus is $600-$700. Yes, Leona, this "crazy fool" could have referred you to veterinary care that deals fairly! How many thousands did your warped political perspective cost you in dealing with this issue only? How much extra are you spending for groceries and gasoline? Will you file a BBB complaint against the person you caught a virus from if you need monoclonal treatment for yourself? There definitely is a new strain of puppy virus that has miraculously appeared like ballots in the middle of the night, and at the exact same time as the new treatment for puppy viruses. If this virus is not being spread nationwide in vaccines, then why do we have a nationwide puppy virus pandemic spreading this quickly? Why is it suddenly making some adult dogs sick? Could it be that our human virus pandemic disappeared because people started refusing shots after observing the results of vaccines? Could it be that the same thing is now happening in our puppies? Monoclonal treatment for humans and now the same scenario repeats itself for puppies. Yes, folks, this same animal science company has developed a food additive to prevent cow farts! Will you believe their science and trust them not to sell you a poisoned steak? Up until 2018 we sold puppies inside the nursery itself and allowed the public to come inside. We cannot do that anymore even if viruses were not an extreme threat because NC Farm Bureau will not allow unnecessary public into our facility due to insurance regulations. You could have requested photos of the parents, couldn’t you? You could have read about our licenses, inspectors, and references. Get off the bad news channels, sad commercial scams, educate yourselves, and don’t be a threat to the rights and freedoms of American pet owners! All this material is posted on our website. Why would you attack us without reading? Now your name will live forever online as a legacy to you as the review you have left for us. This is likely to happen to some other folks in the future. Aren’t you glad so many will learn about this when searching for you online now? Scripture, Leona? Really? How many inarguable biblical sins and abominations will you vote for because of paid news media lies to protect politicians who are embezzling money from our country? Matthew 5:22 …but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. I think I’ll also post this on my website blog and on Facebook! Since almost everyone else online is a scammer or a broker reselling out of state puppies, I wonder where you will buy your next puppy?

Why Are Some dogs Healthier And Smarter Than Others?

If you buy one of the girlie pets that has been subjected to 50+ years of breeding his cousins together just to make them pretty for the dog show, he may never quit wagging the tail and licking even total strangers in the face. You might think he's sweet, but you may always wonder if the dog can remember who you were from yesterday.  Many visitors have commented over the years that some of these linebred pets could never remember anything about their house training:) Some purebred dogs have a good personality-some are unbalanced or retarded, while all mixes are great pets. Many veterinary doctors lack the wisdom to understand the adaptive intelligence of properly bred dogs vs line bred girlie pets that are not mentally healthy. Older pups and mixed puppies are almost always slower to adapt when you take them home.  It is best to buy a mix if you want the best opportunity for a consistently great kid friendly personality and potential for better physical health.

As a young boy growing up in elementary school, I learned about the importance of proper genetics to mental and physical health.  6 siblings attended our school from the same family.  None of them were mentally healthy. These kids found even simple things to be mentally challenging.  They grew up to be adults that could barely survive on their own- cashing their disability checks, driving, and maintaining a car, and struggling to cook food without burning their house down. In school years, I always felt sorry for them.  As an adult, I became aware that these issues were not their fault.  They were not mentally healthy because their parents were first cousins.  I have since learned that the same things are being done in our companion animals just to make them look pretty.  Breeding dogs that are related to one another not only destroys mental health in the offspring, but also intensifies genetic information for defects.  Properly bred dogs from diverse genetics are always intelligent, affectionate, funny,  and so physically healthy that they have no need for health testing.  Defects that are diagnosed in properly bred dogs are almost exclusively the results of malnutrition and toxic pet products, with tiny dogs developing problems from this much more quickly than dogs that are slightly larger. They are starving for proper foods while being poisoned by many pet products that were not meant for canine consumption.

After having to give away many fancy pedigreed show dogs bought for breeding purposes, especially over the past 15 years because they were mentally retarded and often presented genetic defects, we now breed pet dogs NOT from pedigreed bloodlines and mix them as possible.  We do many intentional mixes, and we intentionally use similar mixes as sires in some litters if we can get more beautiful colors, etc. This is often possible if both are considered medically hypoallergenic pets, and does not affect the potential for shedding, but may produce many beautiful colors:).  These mixes are typically mentally and physically healthier than most purebreds.  I am sometimes dumbfounded by the questions people ask when calling about pets. Some ask, "are they registered", as if this makes them a greater prize.  I would estimate that at least one-third of the registered dogs that I have seen in past years were not purebreds, AND I would also estimate that purebred line bred pedigreed show dogs are three times more likely to be mentally incompetent and have weird health problems and die young than mixes. I will never understand why some pet owners are dumb enough to think expensive registered show dogs are better.  You would be surprised if you knew how many of these tiny show champions don't live more than 3 years before having liver disease, kidney failure, or other "too small" health problems because their health has been compromised by line breeding for show purposes just to make them look pretty.  Many of them are also untrainable, aggressive, whimpy, hyper, nuisance barkers, submissive urinators, can’t be housetrained, don’t like children, etc. They are often not mentally or physically healthy because of select breeding to improve outward appearance. In conclusion, properly bred dogs FROM DIVERSE GENETICS are healthier over time if properly cared for, and ALWAYS have great personalities. Please call me with questions!
